linkedin-post is built to know nothing about you. Here is exactly what happens to your text.

Your drafts stay in your browser

Formatting, preview, the counter and the “Post health” analysis run on your device. Your draft and sample profile are saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). The “New post” button clears them.

AI features: sent to Anthropic

Only when you click an AI assistant action, the text of your post is sent to our server and forwarded to the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate the suggestion. No call is ever made automatically while you type.

Nothing is stored or logged on the server

Our server does not keep the content of your posts. Technical logs contain metadata only: action type, duration, status code.

Abuse protection

To prevent abuse, your IP address is used as a temporary counter (request rate limiting), and an invisible bot check runs on AI actions.

Audience measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: page views, country, device type and browser, in aggregate. No cookie is set, no persistent identifier is created, and the content of your posts is never sent.

Account and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see your card details. If you create an account, we store at Supabase (database hosted in Paris, France) your e-mail address, your profile (name, headline, author profile) and your subscription status, never the content of your posts. You can delete your account at any time from the My account page.

Processing by Anthropic

Anthropic processes the data received through its API under its own privacy policy and commercial terms.

Your rights

You can view or correct your information from the My account page and delete your account at any time. For any other request, contact the site publisher.
